At Team Mind, we respect your right to control your data. Please identify your account type below to understand the deletion process applicable to you.
1. For Employees (Managed Accounts)
If your account was created by your employer or is linked to a corporate workspace, your account is considered a Managed Account.

Data Control: Your profile and attendance data are part of your organization’s legal records.

How to Delete: You cannot delete your account directly. Please contact your HR Department or System Administrator to remove your access and archive your data according to company policy.
2. For Free & Individual Users
If you are using the free version of Team Mind or an individual account not linked to a corporate mandate:

How to Delete: You can delete your account instantly within the App.

Steps: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Outcome: Your data will be permanently removed from our servers immediately.
3. For Company Owners (Admins)
If you are the owner of a workspace or a Company Admin:

Process: Due to the complexity of data (payroll, employee records, and financial logs), instant deletion is not available to prevent accidental data loss.

How to Delete: Please submit a “Closure Request” via the App support section or email us.

Timeline: We will review related accounts and process the deletion within 48 hours. This ensures all associated employee data is safely handled before the workspace is dissolved.
Important Warning
Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your history, logs, and preferences cannot be recovered.
